These terms cover the Conscious Creation Companion app and this website, made by Constantin Cranz, Medellín, Colombia. By using either, you accept them. Questions go to constantincranz@gmail.com.
A companion for the practice of conscious creation, grounded in the Conscious Creation books. It walks a bounded arc of twenty-one days with you and holds what you write. The voice you are speaking with is an artificial intelligence, not a person, and it says so if you ask.
It is not therapy, not counselling, not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and not a crisis service. Nothing it says should be treated as any of those. It does not diagnose, and it cannot know your circumstances the way a professional can.

This is a practice, not a mechanism that produces results on request. Nothing here is a guarantee that anything in particular will happen in your life. The work is yours; the app is a way of making it harder to forget.
What you write is yours. Your Creations, your lines, your reflections — you keep every right in them. You give permission only to store them and to send them to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy so the Companion can answer you. They are not sold, published, or used to train anyone's AI model.
The teaching is not yours. The books, the framework, the prompts, the text of the twenty-one days, the name and the design remain the property of Constantin Cranz. Using the app does not give you a licence to republish or resell any of it.
Where a paid plan is offered, it is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their purchase, renewal and refund rules apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you cancel them in your Apple or Google account rather than here. Any minimum term is stated at the point of purchase, before you pay.
The app depends on services that are not ours — Apple, Google, and the providers that generate the replies. It can be interrupted, and it can change. We do not promise it will always be available, and no part of the twenty-one days is lost if it is briefly not.
You can stop at any time, and delete everything from Settings → Account → Delete my account. We may close an account that is being used to harm someone or to attack the service.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, or from decisions you make while using it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of Colombia. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away the protections your own country gives you.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account is told by email. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
