This policy covers the Conscious Creation Companion mobile app and this website. The app is made by Constantin Cranz, Medellín, Colombia. For anything in this document, write to constantincranz@gmail.com.

The short version

• You can use the app without giving a name, an email, or anything else. No account is required to begin.
• What you write is stored so the Companion can remember it and so you can read it back. It is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you.
• Your words are sent to an AI provider in order to generate a reply. That provider does not use them to train its models.
• You can delete everything, permanently, from inside the app.

What is collected

If you use the app without an account

An anonymous identifier is created on your device so your work can be saved and returned to you. It is not linked to your name, your email, or your phone number, because we do not have them. Everything below under "what you write" still applies.

If you create an account

• Your email address, and a password which is stored only as a cryptographic hash — it cannot be read back, including by us.
• A display name, if you choose to give one. It is optional and can be left empty.

Creating an account attaches these to the anonymous identifier you already had. Nothing is copied or moved; you keep exactly what you wrote before.

What you write

• Your Creations — the title, the I AM statement, the felt-sense and the imaginal scene.
• Your conversations with the Companion, kept as a transcript.
• The one line you write each evening, and any note you add to a day's practice, stored exactly as you wrote them.
• Reflections the Companion writes for you, and a small set of long-term notes it keeps so it does not have to ask you the same things every week.
• Which day of the twenty-one you are on, and which parts of a day you have completed.

Settings and technical data

• Your time zone, taken from the device, so the day reaches you at the right local hour.
• Your chosen language.
• The hour you chose to be reminded, and a push notification token — only if you turn notifications on.

The app contains no advertising network, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracker. Nothing about you is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Voice

When you speak instead of typing, the speech is turned into text by your phone's own speech recognition — Apple's on iOS, Google's on Android — under their privacy policies, not ours. If you open a spoken conversation with the Companion, the audio is processed by ElevenLabs to hear you and to speak back. Audio is not stored by us.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes. Anthropic does not train its models on the content sent through its API.

Why it is kept at all

Because a companion that forgets is not a companion. The Creation you set in week one is the thing the Companion has to still know about in week three; the line you wrote on day five is what is read back to you on day twenty-one. Storage here is the product, not a by-product.

How long

Until you delete it. There is no scheduled expiry and no archive we keep afterwards.

Deleting everything

If you have an account: open Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently erases your profile, your Creations, every session, every reflection and every line, immediately and without a recovery window.

If you are using the app without an account, your work exists only on your device and in the anonymous record tied to it — deleting the app removes your access to it. If you would like that record erased from the server as well, write to constantincranz@gmail.com and it will be done.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to constantincranz@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 16, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.

This is not therapy

The Companion is an AI. It is not a therapist, a doctor or a crisis service, and nothing it says is medical advice. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact a professional service — in the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline; internationally, findahelpline.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone with an account is told by email.
