A Word on the YearWhat This Container Holds
The Sovereign Year is a private, year-long container in which a small cohort of twelve practitioners walks directly with Constantin Cranz toward the embodied recognition of their own sovereign creation. It is not a curriculum that ends. It is a year that is walked. The work moves through cycles, deepens through seasons, lands somewhere different than where it began.
Time itself is part of the container. Six months in, what is happening cannot be made to happen in six weeks. A year, with proper containing, makes possible what shorter containers cannot.
Direct Personal Contact
Significant individual time with Constantin throughout the year, in addition to the small-group field. Not a coaching program in the contemporary sense. A relationship, held with rigor.
Twelve, Carefully Chosen

The teaching itself is freely available — through the books, the app, the writings — at no cost. The other coaching containers offer the teaching at every accessible level, and many practitioners find their entire practice fully held there. The Sovereign Year is one offering among several. Not the destination. Simply a particular form for a particular moment.
